These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clueless mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Clueless Styling LLC ("Clueless," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About Clueless
Clueless is a personal styling platform that uses artificial intelligence and other technologies to provide outfit recommendations, styling inspiration, wardrobe features, and product discovery.
We may introduce, modify, or discontinue features as our Services evolve, subject to applicable law and any commitments made in connection with paid services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Clueless. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your account.
You are responsible for activity associated with your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security or integrity of the Services.
3. Personal Styling and AI-Generated Content
Clueless provides personalized styling recommendations based on information you choose to share and your interactions with the Services.
Recommendations may be generated or supported by artificial intelligence.
While we aim to provide relevant and useful styling suggestions, we do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, suitability, availability, or completeness of generated content.
Outfit recommendations are provided for personal inspiration and informational purposes. You remain responsible for your purchasing and styling decisions.
4. Free and Paid Services
Clueless may offer both complimentary and paid features.
Free accounts may be subject to usage limits, which will be described within the application.
Paid offerings may include Premium subscriptions, additional outfit generations, styling credits, or other features.
Pricing, usage allowances, and applicable restrictions will be disclosed before purchase.
5. Subscriptions
Where offered, Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and may renew automatically.
The subscription price, billing frequency, features, and any applicable introductory offers will be displayed before purchase.
Unless canceled before renewal in accordance with Apple's applicable terms, subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable subscription price.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account settings.
Cancellation generally prevents future renewal and does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period, except where required by law or Apple's applicable policies.
Deleting your Clueless account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
6. Styling Credits and Additional Purchases
Clueless may offer one-time purchases of additional styling credits or usage allowances.
Credits are intended for use within the Services and have no monetary value outside Clueless.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts unless otherwise required by law or expressly permitted by Clueless.
Any expiration terms, usage restrictions, and refund eligibility will be disclosed where applicable and governed by relevant law and platform requirements.
7. Shopping and Third-Party Products
Clueless may display products, pricing information, and links to third-party retailers.
Product information may change without notice.
Clueless does not guarantee the availability, pricing, quality, sizing, delivery, or suitability of third-party products.
Purchases made through external retailers are subject to the retailer's own terms and policies.
Clueless may earn commissions or other compensation through certain shopping links or partnerships. Where required, these relationships will be disclosed.
8. Intellectual Property
Clueless and its associated software, branding, visual identity, designs, features, and proprietary technology are owned by Clueless Styling LLC or its licensors.
You receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms and any applicable app license agreement.
You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our Services or proprietary materials except as permitted by law or with our prior written authorization.
You retain any ownership rights you have in content you submit. You grant Clueless a nonexclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempt to access another user's account or private information.
- Interfere with the security or functionality of the Services.
- Circumvent usage limits or payment restrictions.
- Copy, scrape, or systematically extract content or data for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Reverse engineer or misuse proprietary software, except where permitted by applicable law.
10. Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain reliable access to Clueless but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Certain features may depend on third-party technologies and services.
We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons, subject to applicable law.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We disclaim warranties that may lawfully be excluded, including warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Clueless Styling LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
13. Termination
You may discontinue use of the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to violations of these Terms, security concerns, or unlawful conduct.
Termination does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed through Apple.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically.
Updated versions will be published through our website or application. Where legally required, we will provide notice or request additional consent.
